Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQ section for quick answers to your questions about our services and offerings.

Do you have a specialty?

I have extensive experience working with youth and young adults, particularly through my time in non-profit counselling agencies serving diverse communities. This background has given me the privilege of supporting individuals from a wide range of cultural and personal contexts.

My counselling approach is rooted in a person-centred, narrative framework, which means I focus on creating a safe and collaborative space where your story is at the centre of the work. Together, we explore your experiences, strengths, and values to help you move toward growth and positive change.

Getting to the office:

Free parking is available in the lot for up to 2 hours. When you arrive, please use the entrance directly across from the BMO bank (1460 above the entrance), take the elevator to the second floor, and go down the hallway through the glass doors. Once you enter through the glass doors, you’ll find a comfortable waiting room where you can sit until our session starts.

What services do you offer?

I provide both individual and couples counselling services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Individual Counselling
Sessions are available in 50-minute or 75-minute formats, depending on your needs and preferences.

• Couples Counselling
Designed to help partners strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and work through challenges together.

Why did you choose counselling as a career?

I have always loved listening to others and working together to find meaningful solutions. Counselling allows me to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges, offering support while honouring their unique stories and strengths. I was also drawn to this work because no two days are ever the same—each session brings a new opportunity for connection, growth, and learning.
